This kit contains everything needed to install Volvo 240 door pockets - two screws with washers, two spacers, and three clips. When you get brand new door pockets, don't forget this complete hardware kit. you will need one per door.

This is a repair kit for a Volvo 245 rear cargo panel (passenger side). Moisture commonly damages that area, causing the panel to decay.

We offer a repair kit for this panel that is laser cut to precise dimensions.

The old interior panel should be removed from the vehicle and disassembled- the carpet should be removed from the panel. The carpet is held to the edge of the panel with small staples. You can pick up the same size staples from the hobby supply store for the assembly, while hot glue will work just fine. The original upholstery should be gently stretched over the new portion of the panel and secured with masking tape before gluing the upholstery to the new panel.
The plastic hinge portion should be attached with staples or glue. You may want to make a few holes in the plastic hinge part, for better adhesion of the hot glue
