WE RECOMMEND USING ZIP TIES THAT CAN BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY FROM THE HARDWARE STORE. YOU WILL REUSE ALL OF THE METAL STRIPS THAT ARE IN YOUR UPHOLSTERY. THEY DO NOT WEAR OUT. YOU CAN REUSE THE HOG RINGS AS WELL- OR YOU CAN PURCHASE WHAT YOU NEED FROM THE HARDWARE STORE

PLEASE NOTE Some modifications during the assembly of the front seat backrests on earlier pre-1985 models may be needed. The front seat backrests are 1.5 inches shorter than those on the later 1986 and up models. There are 2 ways to go about this. The backrest seat cover can be folded over to the inside and assembled, or you can convert the seats to a later model backrest, and install new foam and different headrests.
