A thermostat improved with our in-house design. We created a part with an improvement to the frequent failure point - the plastic membrane located in the center which dissipates heat. From the factory it was designed to sustain the lower temperature of 4 cylinder Ford engines. Instead, we use a metal part which can handle the heat created by a 5 cylinder Volvo engine, which improves longevity and driving performance.

Symptoms of a failing thermostat include engine overheating and poor driving performance.
