Alternator, Power steering, AC compressor mounting bushing. These are commonly dried out due to the age of the cars we enjoy. Worn-out bushings are causing the alternator ac compressor or the power steering pump to go out of normal alignment. If you start hearing belt squeaking while the engine is running, be sure to have your mechanic inspect and replace the mounting bushings at the same time new belts are installed. There are many of these bushings per vehicle application. Please look at the diagrams. Order as needed. These bushings are made in Germany.
Fits all red block engine applications. These have the correct softness of the rubber material. Not too hard.
You want to LIMIT the amount of vibration transferred to the alternator or AC compressor from the engine.
